According to your specifications, aromapromotions.com will create a customized fulfillment program that sends a "Small" (two 1/2 lb. bags) or "Large" (two 1 lb. bags) Gift Box to any of the customers on your mailing list. This is a great product for promoting your business or attracting new business.

Programs Steps:
1. Account Set up. Once your account is set up and you choose our
"House Gift Boxes" you will be able to at NO ADDITIONAL COST
using our House Blend Labels:
- Order gift boxes, enter multiple shipping addresses, personalize gift notes for each package, and choose one of three different medallions for the seal that secures the vellum inside each box.
- Authorize anyone in your company to use your account.
- Enter addresses into the system that will automatically be saved, making it easy to do repeat shipments. This list also allows you to see who you've already shipped to and what you sent them. We can also ship bulk boxes to one location so you can hand deliver gift boxes of coffee customized to your business or organization.
- Keep a complete history of all your purchases made through your account.
2. Promotional Label Design.(Additional cost, ask for price quote.
) Based on your input, our design team will custom design bag labels for your approval. These labels are applied to every bag of coffee sent, allowing you to use them for marketing, lead generation, promotions or as a thank you.
3. Place an Order. All your shipping and order history information will be saved in our system, which uses secure SSL encryption to keep your data safe. You can place orders 24 hours a day, seven days a week through our easy to use web interface, including quantities, sizes, customization and addressing.
4. Complete the Order. Once your order is just the way you like it, enter your credit card payment in our secure system.
5. Your Order is Fulfilled. Once you place your order, the following steps take place:
- Your order is processed within 48 hours after receipt.
- Custom labels and personalized gift notes are prepared.
- Bags are filled with freshly roasted coffee just before packaging.
- Labels are applied and the coffee bags are packed into our elegant black box and wrapped in vellum.
- The vellum is sealed with the medallion you selected at the time of your order.
- Your personalized gift note is inserted.
- The box is closed and a decorative gold cord is wrapped around it.
- The finished box is placed in another shipping box to protect it during shipment.
- The order is shipped via USPS Priority Mail to anywhere in the United States.

6. Reorder Option. The recipient of your gift box has the option to reorder the coffee from us on their own. If they place a reorder, the labels on the bags will be yours so the marketing impact never stops!
